Palm Springs Development Project

The Desert Community College District is seeking a qualified Construction Management Firm to provide Pre-construction, Construction and Post-Construction Management Services for the new Palm Springs Development Project. This project is located in Palm Springs on 27 acres and consists of a total of 175,000 square feet of building structures including 3-connected educational buildings, 1-Central Plant Building with 1-Maintenance and Operations Building and Service Yard. Project includes site improvements and access entries for parking and landscape. Project goal is LEED Gold Certification with a stretch for Platinum. DISCIPLINES included in part, Construction Management, Value Engineering, Scheduling, Estimating, Quality Control, and Constructability Reviews.
